Hi everybody! My name is Kassidy and I am very excited to be the newest social media intern for Bad Rhino. I am currently a junior at West Chester University and am expecting to graduate in December. I am a Marketing major with a Communication Studies minor. As an active sister of Alpha Sigma Tau, I am even more involved at West Chester than I ever could have hoped to be.

When deciding my major, I knew I wanted to do something with marketing and communication studies. Inspired by the movie The Wedding Planner, I decided that wedding planning was the perfect career path for me. Once reality set in, my dream career path took a turn for the better and I decided that Public Relations would be the best fit for me. From a young age, I was known as the talkative one in any setting I was put in. I figured this was one of my strong suits but if you ask some of my family, they may beg to differ. Both my charismatic personality and media obsessions are why I couldn’t be more ecstatic to be working with Bad Rhino and learning how to use social media for a purpose other than a time passing activity.

Some fun facts about me are that you will always see me on social media apps whether it’s Instagram, Pinterest, or Twitter. I love binge watching Netflix (I swear I’ve watched everything on there) and I am a scary movie junkie. A habit of mine that might be slightly out of hand is shopping, both online and in stores. I spend any free time hanging with friends and family and drinking Starbucks coffee. You’ll never see me without a coffee in one hand my phone in the other. In addition to all of this, I am obsessed with my dog and any dog that I come into contact with. I am eager and excited to bring my love of all things social media to Bad Rhino while being able to enjoy coffee, puppies, and shopping.

Bad Rhino is more than just your typical internship because I don’t feel the high stakes pressures of a boring job. Instead, I am learning how to use social media in a more business oriented way that I never thought of before. I am so excited to learn and grow to develop the strengths needed to be most successful in my career path.
