Snapchat is at it again with the launch of “filter games”. According to TechCrunch, filter games allow you to play games and use your face and not just take pictures of it. Games are starting to appear for Snapchat users and can be found by using the Selfie Lens filter.
Snapchat first tested filter games back in March with a Sponsored Kraft Mac and Cheese game. Filter games are fun and easily accessible, requiring little to no instruction. These games are temporary and often change, which creates a sense of urgency for users to play the filter game before they go away.
