According to TechCrunch.com, Mark Zuckerberg has announced that users will be able to reach out to businesses in the Facebook Messenger application.
If a person is wondering about when their order will be coming to them or have questions about it, the person is able to communicate with the company simply through the Messenger app without having to go through a company support email. This is also a much more advanced approach to simply leaving a comment or timeline post on the company’s page.
Does Facebook have the users o pull this off, or will people continue to stay away from Messenger?
