Facebook is at it again as it is now experimenting with its new “Rooms” feature on messenger. This new feature is only available in select markets like Austrialia and Canada because Facebook is testing the new messaging platform, Tech Crunch reports. The rest of the world does not have access to this feature yet.

Users can create their own Rooms via the app, they can invite members, and approve members to join the room. In addition, users can also create nicknames for themselves and configure how they receive notifications.

Facebook explains that they are launching the Rooms feature to create a space for specific topics of conversation. These Rooms can either be private or public, depending on the administrator.

So the question is, when will Rooms come to the United States and the rest of the world? We will just have to wait and see … Will you use Rooms once they reach our country?
