Hi, everyone! My name is Brooke Piazza and I am thrilled to be starting my first internship by joining Bad Rhino as a social media marketing intern!
Currently I am a sophomore at West Chester University as a marketing major and a minor in media and culture. I am from the Lehigh Valley and initially attended Duquesne University in Pittsburgh before making the switch to my home away from home in West Chester!
Ever since I was in high school I knew marketing would be my life path. I always enjoyed creating posts that I felt would capture attention and fit the aesthetic of the event or people I was posting about. The society we live in today thrives on social media, making it a main channel for businesses and individuals alike. I knew I wanted to be a part of this ever changing and exponentially growing community.
Other than academics I enjoy staying busy by being involved in clubs and organizations. Currently I am a member of Greek life, Public Relations Student Society of America, and the American Marketing Association. In my free time at school I like to relax with friends and to work at my part time job at the Student Recreation Center.
Besides the academic year in West Chester, I love to spend my break at the shore. There is no better day than relaxing on the beach and I am intending on working part time down the shore this summer as it is something that I have always wanted to do. Personally, I love to always have something to do therefore with a schedule like this there leaves no room for a dull moment!
I am very excited to be starting my social media marketing intern career at Bad Rhino and cannot wait to see all the valuable skills I will learn over the next few months!
