TwitterSomething that comes with the territory of following a plethora of Twitter users is how easy it is to miss tweets from accounts that you enjoy and care about most. But now, the social media giant is testing a “Fave People” timeline, grouping all users that one designates into one timeline.

The “Fave People” timeline is currently being tested by a small group of Twitter’s Android users. Android released an update in December allowing users to favorite other accounts in order to see each of their tweets, and this “Fave People” section will lump all of these users and tweets together.

“Keep track of your favorites,” the “Fave People” interface screen instructs. “Tap the star icon on the profiles of your favorite people to see their Tweets in this timeline. You can also choose to receive notifications when they tweet from Settings.”

“Fave People” will be easy to access, as it will be among the “Home,” “Discover,” and “Activity” timelines. It’s highly similar to Twitter’s “Lists” feature, but much easier to access.

The test falls in line with how Twitter typically tests out a new feature – subtly testing to a very small user percentage before tweaking and unrolling to the entire user base at a later time.
